Desc: Nje Tregim Prishtine: Directed by Burbuqe Berisha. "A Prishtina Story" focuses on the life of a young middle class couple, Aurora and Ben. The couple have a daughter named Fiona (11) and their challenges begin when she is diagnosed with acute leukemia and they have to find the money for Fiona's treatment abroad. Ben encounters corruption while trying to provide money for the treatment, while Aurora struggles in her own way to raise funds for Fiona's recovery. Faced with different battles and challenges the life of the once young and happy couple takes a major turn. Aurora and Ben explore for options to find the money for their daughter's treatment. While exploring their options for her treatment, the first doctor they meet, Dr. Bardh. He instructs them to approach the Ministry of Health to apply for funds allocated to children who are diagnosed with diseases. Ben follows his advice and in the process he finds out that a distant relative of his father works as senior official at the Ministry. However, he soon finds out that his relative, Blerim, wants something in return of he helps Ben. In full secrecy he requests that Ben kills someone. Given these toxic circumstances, Aurora decides to leave Ben and move with her parents, in their rented apartment. Beni on the other hand furious with Aurora makes him decide to agree to Blerim's request His wife in the meantime manages to find the funds for Fiona's treatment, but Beni's actions make him even more unstable and erratic, which lead to him committing two more murders. As he is transformed into a murderer, the path of Fiona's treatment takes an unpredictable turn.
